Air Specialist in Malaysia which manufactures and offers a wide range of products to cater to different market needs.
With over 600+ dealers, a solution is required to distribute orders, transaction, payment and after sales support.
The Challenge.
In 2017, Daikin embarked on a digital transformation process, which required its ERP system to be upgraded to SAP S/4HANA. This project covers all aspect from accounting,
human resource, manufacturing and distribution. A custom solution is required to connect their dealers, with all local banks, as well to consumers.
The Solution.
In 2020, YCSOFT develop the EPIC (E-Partner Integrated Community) for Daikin, a real-time B2B system that helped streamlined all its business transaction.
The solution also provides convenience for their dealers in doing business with Daikin, and covers the aspect of ordering, parts and serving and banking.
