Daikin - DTC Training Cart

Brief.

Daikin Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn. Bhd requires an app to support installers, field engineers, technicians in Air conditioning industry

The app would be available in both IOS and Android platform and features news and events, technical information, equipment warranty checks.

The Challenge.

Design and build an app that is connected to Daikin EPIC system on the backend. The UI has to be friendly and simple to cater for the not so tech savvy user. Also the app should able to support as many devices with various camera quality and specification.

There will be use of Machine Learning

The Solution.

YCSOFT designed and develop a custom app to cater to the customer's needs. The app was developed with Flutter in order to minimize development time and improve maintainability. Since the app is has to be connected to the Daikin EPIC system, we used .NET Core to support this requirement

Currently we are implementing many improvement that includes Machine Learning to make field engineers job easier.
